Initial Meeting

Following an inital telephone conversation, we will meet to discuss the scheme in more detail, as well as any constraints which may have an impact on the proposed works.

Survey

Following appointment of RT Architectural Services, we will attend site to carry out a full measured building survey.

Sketch Schemes
Following the measured survey works, RT Architectural Services will produce sketch floor plans and elevations with proposals of the works
Planning Drawings
Following approval of the sketch schemes from the client, RT Architectural Services will prepare planning compliant drawings for submission to the local authority
Building Regulation Drawings
Following approval of the planning drawings, RT Architectural Services will prepare building regulation compliant drawings for submission to the local authority/approved inspector
Project Starts
Work on your approved project can now begin. We will be on hand throughout the project to answer any questions and help in any way we can.
